Hello again, Crossy, oops again... found the BRADV filing edgar-online.com it does look like the $40MM 9% Convertibles can be a potential floorless, even though there is some verbiage to hang the note holders. I think it may be prudent to steer clear of the stock until dusts are settled best, Bosco
