I just read all the messages on that site, and it sounds to me like JFF needs to get the manufacturers of shoes to give them an easier way to get refunds on shoddy shoes. My sons have had shoes that separated in the first month too. After paying $75 - $100, you really feel like you have been ripped off. I feel that this chain should be able to use their size to put a little pressure on the manufacturers.

Sounds like they don't spend much time training employees, or the current state of full employment, makes it real hard to find quality employees. Probably a little of both.

I hope someone from management monitors this thread and reads all the posts on the gripe site.
