Hello BigKNY3. That's a good question - here's my projection:

QTR. Probability Comments

3.99 15% Don't see it happening.
6.99 65% If it doesn't happen here - think VVUS will be
hurting. Barring the unexpected.
9.99 10% VVUS won't be calling the shots.
12.99 10% Without an infusion of cash, R&D will be hurting.
Virtually no negotiating leverage on the part of
VVUS mgmt. if they wait this long.
