Great, I doubt it will do any good. IMO NetRadio will eventually be absolutely killed by BCST, the new CMGI venture, etc. These guys(NAVR) are old school quantitative anal idiots. Looking at their company it is a miracle they have NetRadio or they would be in bad shape. Now to top it all off you have a CFO/COO old school number cruncher as the new President. They have also set themselves up for a class action lawsuit with their earlier announcements of an IPO and inside selling into the news. Top that with the latest registrations and if those guys sold too and later stopped the IPO they would have several class action suits within days. I saw that happen with ABTX and the insiders didn't even sell any stock. The CEO just pumped the stock with a possible buyout and many people feel concealed material facts. The big thing that worries me is that there is some material information that is halting the filing. Although I have never personally filed, I know there is a lot of criterium a company must conform to or have. You would think they would have known by now if that were the case, but as I have seen before sometimes they wait until the last moment to put out the bad news to the public. IMO not tomorrow for sure and most likely within the next two weeks. I have seen quite a few posts today predicting a correction on top of what we have already witnessed. An ugly market might delay it even further. Patiently waiting and long. When the IPO is announced and the stock has reached its peak I will drop it like the **** it is!
