Dave, Good analysis. I do have a few thoughts/questions that popped up when I was reading your thoughts. Is that Ford deal really going to call for 6,500 units @ $400 each. If so, when is Ford going to expect the delivery to the individual dealerships? On the GM projection, it is a pretty significant increase from 40 units to 1,000. This will take a bit of time to produce and then get into the hands of "trained" users, won't it? While I agree that the European market might be significant, I know from personal experience that marketing in Europe (and especially France) can sometimes take a lot of handholding to reach final end-user satisfaction. Mr. Cohn's projections based on sales by DDSI may be a wee bit optimistic, even though they have two offices already open. I have marketed in Belgium and Sweden and find those countries to be the better ones in which to do business. I could imagine that the branch in Rome will take a bit of time to get up and running. I am not trying to be at all negative, only pointing out that the timing for sales in 1999 to mature in time to make your $15 per share fair market value happen could be a bit on the high side if all does not fall into place as planned. Your analysis could be right on the money. Based on my experience also as a Corporate Planner with a Fortune 10 company and also with medium-sized companies, I tend to be a bit more mellow about a big ramp up in sales projections. Vic
