On Feb 19 A private placement was completed, outstanding shares were
14,600,075. Since then outstanding shares have increase by 7,000,000 to 21,543,508 and now another private placement issued. The outstanding shares have been diluted by 1/3. How much more dillution can be expected? IP reports are finished, and Drilling has not started. What are they spending the money on?
