I note that VECO no longer has exclusive rights to sell Schmitt's TMS-2000 and DTM-2000 disk laser microroughness measurement machines to the disk drive market: go2net.newsalert.com I'm not sure if this is important because I don't think VECO sold very many of them. Carl
