ALDA does appear in the midst of a turnaround, but something bothers me...

My golf fanatic friends tell me that titanium shafts are vastly superior to graphite. Today, clubs with titanium shafts are rare, made only by a few manufacturers, and they are very expensive. But eventually, titanium shafts will be more plentiful and their prices will fall.

This may not happen for another several years, but as it does, it will surely push graphite club prices down. This will undoubtedly put pressure on ALDA's margins, desptite their vertical integration strategy.

According to investor relations, ALDA has no current plans to get into titanium shafts. Isn't this looking at the future with blinders on?
