Greg, Very true, the economy is always cycling between highs and lows, with some lows taking a VERY long time to arrive lately. <G> "Poor" Jimmy Carter had one of the worst times in history to be president, especially in his final year. The "luck of the draw" of the particular time period has a lot to do with how successful a president is, but the American "sheeple" do not understand this fact, or simply do not want to. Yogi
