Robert, Thank you for those observations. The one about CMPC...true? Almost to much to hope for [some of us have suffered a long time]. If so it will be interesting if it does anything in regular trading. I'm sure Safeguard would love to see some [up] movement there. <OT> I get the Option Advisor by Bernie Shaeffer. A monthly newsletter that gives an overall market opinion on page one. He has been as correct as anyone in calling this bull market over the years and I have come to respect him a lot. The March issue was received today, and for '99 he remains bullish but sees short term problems with risk to 8750 Dow "but to get there we'd need to take out strong support at 9,000." What I found more interesting was his view on the internet stocks. "The bull market in the Internet stocks is not over, and it won't be over until they love 'em in the media" In bold letters to emphasize on his part. He cites several magazines and the Wall Street Journal front page all talking about the popping of the "Internet Bubble" He is a contrarian when it comes to sentiment. If he is right, it could have positive implications mid summer for ICG and SFE. Mike
