Nothing like a classic OTC BB "pump and dump"! This company doesn't file with the SEC EDGAR database, and there's no information available except that put out by the company and their stock promoter. Speaking of promoters, how much did Fortune Marketing get paid, as the promoter, to tout this one? How much are you getting paid? I have not been able to locate any information about the compensation Fortune Marketing received to promote LOFT. If they fail to disclose both the type and amount they were compensated, they will be in violation of federal law, specifically Title 15, United States Code, Section 77q(b). The SEC has been busting those who don't comply with this law. I'm advising people to be very careful about investing in this company without adequate information.
