JDN, You'll have to clarify what you mean by me not giving anything to Boeing or to Uncle Sam...
If you by that meant: Don't I see this as an important achievement, my answer would be: "SORRY all, to have given that impression!"
This IS important. It alines itself with a long and uninterrupted string of good news on the company's progress! My only 'warning' is attached to the fact (or at least it's my observation) that news of this kind hasn't shown itself in promoting the shares to make the (well earned) quantum leaps. Yesterday's trading was encourageing, though, and I'm pleased that my noon purchase of some more warrants are up 1/4 by the end of trading (should have turned around and put in a 'preposterous' sell @8! ;-)
This might well be the nudge the share needs to blast off, but I'm not holding my breath. In my honest opinion, the most interesting part of the news story, is the actual numbers: A lot of choppers, and MVIS/VRD can be used to cut renewal costs by several millions per aircraft. That shows the cutting edge power of VRD, and it gives us a glimpse of shining gold in the future.
Now, the importance of that is that people out there (those who have yet to realise what a wonderful opportunity they have for securing a clear sky retirement) have a better chance of seeing what potential future might reserve for MVIS. The Boeing collaboration is, stand alone, huge in terms of revenue figures, and we all know that this is only a fraction of what the full potential is. Bottom line: The 'x' in the probability equation of MVIS ever being successfull has risen, meaning that anyone trying to figure out what value to put on the company should be more confident that these figures will actually turn out to be true.
Let there be no doubt to anyone reading this (very melodramatic) that I, Kim from the homeland of the Vikings, am very bullish on MVIS, the VRD potential, the management, the strategy -you name it!
