Woe is he...I would be pissed. Not only taken out but at a terrible price. He must have either bought IPM on margin immediatly after it went over $5 (can you do that?) or had a few stocks go against him at the same time without any extra $ to cover the call and they started liquidating his/her account. Kind a lesson there...I love learning from others mistakes. Jeff
