victor, Thank you, that is exactly what I've been trying to say/post now for 2 days except that yours is succinct and clearly enumerated ... mine was a bit discombobulated and logarhithmic ! CPQ Mgmnt WILL clarify issue once the dustiness has settled ... reading the various analysts panics it looks like one ass just follows the other, misinformation/misunderstandings are just repeated .. especially when it comes to CPQ. Listening to HWP's spin-off plans one can see that they will be doing more internet/DIRECT selling ... so the VARs may start coming back to CPQ ... Michael
