Colleen:
It is the same Transfer Agent. However, I have John Troster and another gentleman named Christopher.

One big problem with these BB's is the number of shares that are continually issued by management. The number of shares that are currently authorized for issue is 40mm. Obviously, this gives Calkins additional room to negotiate "deals". What Calkins needs to understand, from a shareholder's perspective, is that he is diluting the value of all current shareholder's holdings, every time he signs a deal to issue shares in exchange for services.

The one big advantage that we do enjoy,IMHO, is that the threat of a "reverse split" is all but disappeared. The reason being is that Calkins went through hell to rescind the orders to split last month. He received a crash course in BB stock management. With no threat of a "RS", I believe that we shareholders stand to gain considerably.

Are we ever going to see the updated financials? No news concerns me.
