Since its a cash tender deal at $37/share, we are guaranteed $37, correct? So I guess there is no need to sell the shares at $34 or 35 or whatever the stock trades at today. I guess there will still be some minor risk that the deal doesn't go through, so the stock may trade slightly under $37 until closing. Does this sound correct to everyone?

Also, if we hold until closing, are the shares automatically sold out of the brokerage account for $37 (minus commissions?). Thanks.
