On the upside, price today will hit close to that $37 price, and the deal will be done probably within the month.
Another downside: This thread was always one of the better ones, and you kind of had to love the company. Unlike others (FORE comes to mind), we were never mislead by management, and they pretty much kept to their plan for success.
I hope some of the old regulars here made out well in this transaction, like Gary K, Glenn R, Bosco, and others who I may not have mentioned (or forgot how to spell their names, seejokim?).
Now to find my next love/hate relationship. DLGC is shaping up nicely for either disaster or success.
