I agree with the STAIR-STEP process rather than one strong swoop down. If there is to be a strong huge pullback, it may take the form similar to that in the 70's which were a series of LOWER LOWs and LOWER HIGHs, not like 1987 all at one time.

Unfortunately that would probably be worse for the market since each time buying steps in, it would produce a losing position until it hits the bottom wherever that is.

I feel that the big pullback should start sometime this month, but Im not that confident that it will start right away. Regardless, its close enough, especially for the long term investor.

We may only find out in hind sight, but this big pullback may have already started if it takes the form of a series of LOWER HIGHs and LOWER LOWs.
