Yes I agree,they should have stated at what price the stock will be issued and how.This could actually end up being a major windfall for Bill.Also lets not forget his daughter is married to Blaine,and she also works for WOOD-GUNDY.Has anybody here seen the movie "CONSPIRACY THEORY"?????As shareholders we should demand that the shares be given at 5.00can that's a fair price I think.He could have all of mine for that price.OOOOHHHHH I can feel the heat coming off of all those red faces all the way down to S.C..<GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG>
