Look under ROMT.

From RJMONSKI on the Yahoo thread....

"John Baer was a founder and formerly VP of sales. I am not sure when he left or what the deal was. I do know he owned somewhere in the neighborhood of 5%. I am speculating but perhaps he sold stock that he didnt register via 144 or maybe he went to work for a competitior. I dont know. But in this specific action ROMT is the one doing the suing. Perhaps he sued them first and they are countersuing. The 10q didnt mention it and the company didnt issue a press release so I suspect it isnt material. Last I recall, Klein told me Baer only intended on selling 50,000 shares. It sure appears SOMEONE has been selling. I suspect Baer, Falsetti & Oddysey. Time will tell but if this was a material adverse event, it would have been disclosed imo."
