The deal will close in April. Each persons situation is different.
Taxes, opportunity cost, commissions. If you hold you currently get get paid a risk premium of a dollar or approxamatley 3% for 2 months or 18% annual for various risks. Risk that the deal falls through (Not Likley). Hard to say what is best. It is possible we could get a short squezze up to 37+. Probably not
