I believe that the ad stuffing inside the Rogers bill are simply paid advertisements that are available to many companies who can afford them. Although it would be nice to think so, I doubt there is any special relationship with Rogers except for Bid.com paying them for the stuffing. Rogers agenda is to increase their advertising revenues, and Bid.com's agenda is to be more well known. Since they are in the same type of industry it fits well, but there is no "hidden agenda" or "special" investment other than ad revenues in my opinion. Regards, Wisam
