I have heard that INPR is attempting to change the way it pays
commissions to its sales people. They are trying to lower the percentage sales people get on deals. I hear that now that sales are
moving they feel they are paying too much to "producers". As would be
expected, this has the "producers" hopping mad.

It's alright for Del to line his pockets at the shareholders expense
but to squeeze the sales force for doing a good job is stupidity at a new level, even for Del.

The last thing INPR needs is to lose Sr. sales staff because of Del's
lack of foresight.

If anyone is going to the meeting pls bring this up.
