Hey Riley my boy, that would be true if I were a broker. The other situation would also be true if the facts were to ever come out about AZNT. There was no agreement. The PROMOTER on AZNT is your old friend Bob Quiel. As for the " Work " I did for AZNT, well, as a shareholder I had an interest in the short squeeze that was going to happen in 4 weeks, LAST MARCH. I was not and never will be an employee of AZNT, there was no contract, what I did do for AZNT resulted int he company at its election paying me. Thusly they did in the form of a finders fee for introductions to the company of individuals that invested directly into the company via some type of offering that resulted in several hundred thousand dollars being raised. The company wasn't selling a lot of T.O.N so this money was used to pay for the accountants, lawyers (god knows they get the bulk of it) and phone bills, and shipping cost and a few other items I was not made privey to. Of those introductions several other individuals came forward with additional capital. Approx. $100-150,000 or more. PLUS, at the same time, these individuals that were talking to mike about buying stock a $0.25- $0.35 per share were investing into the open market to buy AZNT, thusly a second finders fee. Gary and you really need to start getting your facts together, what I did at the time was do just what I got suckered into doing, bring quality to AZNT, instead of the garbage they were dealing with at the time. Riley, you and Gary better be real cariful where you stick your fingers, you never know what'll happen or what you'll find...... |
