John, if the form 3 must be filed 10 days after insider status is attained (even if no stock is purchased), then what is the precise definition of 'insider?' Does this mean this person (Roy Wright) was recently appointed to his position? FWIW, I don't recall hearing his name before, but I could be wrong. Anyone?
