Thanks Rande. NKCIF was formerly Softquad/Alpha Software (SWEBF) makers of HoTMeTal Pro, Alpha 5 , and a variety of other software. Recently they made the change to to focus on children's video games and spun off Softquad and some other products like Online Merchant. They have been around for quite awhile and report financials regularly(they were full NASDAQ until last Sept.), although it doesn't show up on the charts since the name change. This press link on their home page will show the transition newkidco.com. I see this as a legitimate play ONLY if these products ship this month Thanks again.
