3Com has done this before, announcing news to analysts hours before they released it to investors. That means all the large investors could react after warnings from their brokers. before public at large came to know. Doesn't that show a total lack of respect for the small investor? If it happens again this time (it might be happening as we speak), shouldn't the company officials be held accountable for collusion with analysts? Or is it legal and everyone enjoys the blood bath?
