I am very surprised that TOGA has been as strong as it has been. I think we must be at a bottom. Maybe people realize that a gallon of water now costs more than a gallon of gasoline and the Y2K fears will cause some very strong demand for water.

Thanks Wayne for pointing that out to me. I need to be a buyer here.
