i am not sure I understand exactly what you are asking; the cboe site gives you all the options available on a particular stock (assuming the stock has options, medmedia.com; from their site (www.cboe.com), you can probably get an educational package from them on what options area and the differences between varies options. leaps are just longer term options which typically expire in january such as (jan 2000) or (jan 2001). Some people buy the leap as a substitute for the stock, since there is very less time decay on the leap and then write a shorter option against the stock.
