Keith and All,
Indeed the presence of more shares being introduced to the market could be cause for concern, but only if the next 6 months is void of any news IMO. We have had 21mill+ and no one has been calling for a reverse split because they felt we just had too many shares available to the marketplace!

Most who are long FNTN I suspect are counting on some progression of revenues, contracts, available services, etc. IMO the filing adds strong validation to our management. Indeed they could have just printed the shares and dealt with that printing in the eventual filing. We now see a published official picture of the business. We have a statement from mgmt as to how they are planning to use the new funds when they are available. I suppose that if a new investor were to only look at the new shares as dilutive then they would simply not buy in.

IMO the forward movement of FNTN is indeed a real possibility. It is still an OTC BB stock and carries the risks inherent to same. I assume most who are long are as much of a gambler as I am. I am quite happy with the situation we have now as it feels as if the odds have narrowed in my favor. If we get the attention of some big players even before a possible NASDAQ listing, IMO the future is bright. Read the prospectus and consider the risks of buying in or staying in. If you are not comfortable bail out like I have done on other stocks. I will continue to play this one with a renewed vigor based on the recent events.

Best Regards to All,

BHunt
