CIEN Support level @ 20? My totally unscientific gut feeling is that support is around 20. Why? Well, review the options tables and look at CIEN open interest. This can sometimes help one get a feel for where significant resistance or support will be met since the tables show the footprints of the bigger players, institutions, etc.
