Hi! Dwayne,

Remember the speculative predictions we made in December?
Well so far I'm not even in the ball park, unless something quite dramatic in a positive sense is announced in March my first quarter prediction will be way off the mark.

At least we can say we took a stab at it.

Any new thoughts/opinions regarding NYRR? Or are you also waiting to see what the June time frame produces?

It will be interesting to see if there really is any major business developments by June--at least that are announced to the NYRR Shareholders.

Has anyone recently contacted a Management Representative from NYRR requesting any information of the Investor Relations type and have had it faxed to them?

The reason that I ask about a year ago I recall shareholders phoning the company and would receive via fax several pages of various news paper articles, etc.,----I wonder if they still do that.

I have not called the company in some time--I imagine my rational is if a company will not respond to e-mails what is the value in wasting money on long distance telephone calls.

NYRR is one of the very few company's I know of that does not respond to e-mail from it's shareholders. Quite frankly this has been an annoying trait for me about NYRR for some time, but I realize that they are not going to revise or change their method of communicating just to please a shareholder--at least that's my opinion.

In my own view I continue to be encouraged by the three main reasons that I initially became vested as an NYRR Shareholder namely the three L's!!!!!

I can't imagine any other major or significant reason why Norfolk-Southern or CSX would be interested in NYRR? I'm making this guess or assumption based on various opinions that I have come across.

I'm hoping as time draws nearer to June that NYRR Management will be bettor able to keep the NYRR Shareholders updated as to what new developments are being planned, worked towards or completed/implimented! JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
