Tony, bet you $ for a donut that LSI is right in the thick of it with VLSI. Personally I think LSI buying VLSI for anything less than $22 in stock is a good deal for LSI. If $20, so much the better. However, I don't think LSI can win, too many other players with much deeper pockets. patrick
