That's true...if your order fills you are a customer, but you are also a customer just by submitting a bid then. I just don't see how E*trade will give preference to users of Priceline...do you think they keep track of all the people who submitted bids in their databases? I'm just arguing that there are no customers in the sense that you have to register or set-up a profile (i.e., Amazon.com).
