Robb:

Please participate in today's conference call, and voice your opinions to Mr. Lehman. I personally look at this as "free money" because Cendant owns netmarket, Cendant maintains netmarket and ETV just moves their customers over there for a fee (if people join through E4L) or a percentage of the order (if they shop through E4L, but do not join). ETV's costs were only the software overlays...really minimal. The alternative, really, is to set up their own site, hire all the employees, maintain the site and customer service - all in a field ("superstore wholesaling") that is not their business at all. It is my impression that people who have the opinion you express think netmarket will fail - please express that to Mr. Lehman and maybe he will have numbers to suggest otherwise. Perhaps not. I think that most people who don't understand the business plan do not understand this "free money" leveraging concept. Perhaps you are different and just think that membership sites are doomed to fail.

I hope I can make it today, but I have a very busy day at work. Please try if you can. clubs.yahoo.com Message 76.
