Perkins Capiatal Management (i,e.Richard Perkins of Perkins Opportunity) filed a 13G/A today that raised his stake in WRSI to 376,000 shares (8.9%).That's up from the 175,000 shares stocksmart.com shows him holding on 6/30/96.If Jacobs has sold Perkins,a Minnesota money man,on increasing his holdings good things may well be afoot.
