SYOSSET, New York--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 1999--Synergy Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq:SYBR - news) announced today that the company has signed an agreement with The Women.com Networks, making BeautyBuys.com, Synergy's online health and beauty store, a featured partner within the Fashion & Beauty Center of the Women.com shopping channel.
In addition, BeautyBuys.com will be the featured sponsor to Women.com's ''Beauty News'' (www.womenswire.com/beauty/), which features news relating to Skin, Body, Fragrances and Nails.
The company will also advertise throughout The Women.com Network's sites, including Women's Wire (womenswire.com) and its ''Beauty Fix'' feature, Prevention's Healthy Ideas (healthyideas.com), StorkSite (storksite.com), Beatrice's Web Guide (bguide.com), and HomeArts.com. In addition to advertising in online media, the company plans to market the BeautyBuys.com site through traditional media, including television, radio and print channels.
