Someone said, a few posts back, that the company indicated they were awaiting approval from the "other party", so that both companies could post the news simultaneously. Under what circumstances would the other party be interested in posting the news simultaneously? Not NASCAR. The fact that they signed an agreement with MRPS really doesn't mean squat to their fans. I'd doubt that a new customer is anxious to report news to their shareholders that they have just committed a large sum of cash to purchase some new mechanical equipment.

The way I see it, there are two circumstances under which the other party to the agreement would be anxious to release news:

1. A company who has entered into an agreement with MRPS to manufacture product. This would be great news, as it would help ensure that MRPS will be able to meet anticipated demand.

2. A company who has agreed to acquire MRPS. From the standpoint of a shareholder, there's certainly nothing wrong with a takeover by a larger corporation who has the resources readily available to service the exploding market for MRPS's products.

If anyone has any other ideas, please post them. This is really all I can think of, though. In either case, those of us who are long would win big, IMO.
