NEWS: Check out these recent suits filed against AT&T & Lucent - and consider that yesterday the justice dept. rejected a plea by several blue chip tech companies to limit their Y2K liability. You'll need acrobat to read the actual lawsuit filings: 2000law.com lawsuits #42 & #44 are against Lucent & AT&T but neither have been mentioned by the any news wire (I've checked everywhere - this is news to the street).
