Man is this stock a dog lately. Very disappointing. Considering they now have a major service thrust, the service is even worse than the stock price. I had been very happy with the Presario I bought a year ago until recently when I found I can't get *any* support when asking computer specific questions in interrupts and PCI steering. They kept blowing me off sending me to some FAQ on installing 3rd party hardware with no answers, and refusing to allow subsequent posts in their *moderated* (censored) support forum. Basically don't call us for answers on the computer we sold you. Phone support even worse. Can always get someone...no answers.

Anyway, has anyone any idea when the may clarify the AV spin-off?
