Looked great!

Mr. Pian has been busy! Look at the latest news
releases. More to come IMO!

<<The 500,000 is revenue in USD There is a typo USED is wrong.>>
Did you all catch that? I did. So I contacted the company.

The .03 EPS estimated is the entire company for the remaining operations

without TTH, which was dissolved in Sept 98

The current shares outstanding as of 3/1/99 is 10,608,501 which will be
confirmed in the coming 10K

The options outstanding are listed in our last 10Q 10/31/98 nothing
changed

Yahoo has not been accurate since the first day they listed SETO. Only the

trading price and news releases are accurate and up to date. All other
information is usually wrong and should be ignored. The 10Q or 10K is
the
only
real accurate information and be accessed through EDGAR filings with the

SEC.
Or request a copy from SETO's office.

After dissolving the TTH acquisition on Sept. 15, 1998 which Yahoo had
complete access we reported in our 10Q dated 10/31/98 the remaining
employees
for the remaining operations is 30 not 625. This is a perfect example of

the
inaccuracies of Yahoo for information other then price and news releases

"I hope the recent news has insured the shareholders how serious and
dedicated we
are to make SETO a huge success in the near future. We think the
upcoming
announcements will also confirm our commitment

Thanks for your support."

The above is part of a exchange I had with SETO's
CEO Mr. Pian.

In the recent past he said passing the info on to others
was not a problem.

If anyone has a question, I wouldn't mind sending it
on to him.

Regards,

KZAP
