R.F.B. Been watching the ticker for a few days on HEC, I think they've scared buyers away with their past practices. Was quite surprised when that 1 3/8 bid popped up. I have been told they're trying to buy below 1.50 Can't confirm this but kinda looks that way. Regards DJC
