510 K Submission for sterilization of Dental Instruments was conducted at Baylor College of Dentistry, Brooks AFB. The investigators in addition to Dr. Miller were Dr. Kolstad, Dr. Leonard, and Dr. Welch.
The studies concerning MDI-P's Anti-bacterial activity were conducted at UCLA, Stratton Medical Center. Investigators were, (in addition to Dr. Bruckner) Dr. Baltch, Dr. Smith, Dr. Novick, and Dr. Welch.
Sterilization of Blood Products studies were conducted at Miles, Veterinary Dyknamics. The investigational team included Dr. Dezube, Dr. Japour, Dr. Novick, and Dr. Welch, and was conducted at Beth Israel Hospital. (Private Lab)
