Here is the deal on the sell window concerning the lock up period. this info. came straight from Jodi in investors relations.

There are 3mm shares that will be available to come into the float on Mar. 10. These shares are coming from the investors who bought the secondary offering towards the end of last year at 23.50 per share. It is not 7mm shares that are coming into the market but rather that is the amount of float that will exist after these shares are available for trading.

In my opinion, this is not a negative for Driv. At 688,000 avg. daily volume, it would only take 4.5 trading days to suck up all the excess from the 3mm shares. It helps Driv to attract more larger investors with a bigger float because it gives the institutions confidence in Driv's liquidity. Not every single share holder is going to sell Driv the first week who bought in the 3mm share offering. This should really pose no big threat to the stock. IMO.

Anyone can call Jodi to substantiate these numbers and I have not checked her on this info. through research means.

If anyone can add to this with meaningful HARD FACTS, please do so.
