I've owned GIFS for a few months and I appreciate all comments about the stock that aren't hype or unnecessarily hostile. I hated the hype that filled this thread--the same kind you find on IMXS. I much prefer the kind of discussion that has been occurring these past two weeks. Note that most of the original hypsters have finally slowed down their rhetoric.

Everyone who is clearheaded must admit that GIFS has NOT acted the way a normal stock with the same great press would act. And that's because so much of GIFS is "expectation" rather than "reality." And yet there are stocks like GRNO which have quadrupled in the past two months on "expectation" because there has been enough "reality" to support it.

Negative comments on this thread will have no impact on GIFS if the stock is for real. I own shares in AMAT and that stock rose $7 today in one big jump regardless of the few doubters on the AMAT thread. If the stock is good it will go up.

I'll hold onto to GIFS for only a little while longer. Let's see what auditor comes aboard. If I get out and the stock begins rising on credible news, I will get back in. Just like Craig said, if the stock is going to 100, what does it matter if you wait until it's risen a few dollars before jumping in?

There's an old saying: "The market always knows." Actually it is a stupid statement because it can apply to ups and downs. Yet, just what is it that the "market knows" about GIFS that we don't? WHY is it not going up and up and up as we believe it should? Let us not jump down the throats of the doubters and disbelievers. After all, they may be right. And if so, we'll sure look like a bunch of dumbies for holding on and reiterating: "GIFS has always kept its promise."
