Bollinger says we "overshot" bonds (rates) on the upside here lately....that we should settle back between 5.25-5.5 soon.. Utilities, general stock index (not going down, flat) confirm that this is an overshoot..in his opinion..Bond A/D line flat, also confirming.... Mentioned high "real" interest rates, low commodities prices as further reasons for better bond price coming soon...
