Spintek Gaming Technologies Announces AccuSystem Sale to Grand Casinos Properties in Mississippi
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 1999--Spintek Gaming Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:SPTK - news) Tuesday announced that Park Place Entertainment (symbol PPE) has purchased the company's hopper management AccuSystem(TM) for its three casinos in Mississippi (Biloxi, Gulfport and Tunica).

The installation will be effected on approximately 9,000 slot machines over the next few months.

''Spintek is very pleased to announce this sale to Park Place Entertainment,'' commented Patrick Schmit, vice president of sales for Spintek. ''The three Grand Casino properties in Mississippi place a very high priority on security, operational efficiency and, most importantly, customer service. We eagerly look forward to completion of the installations so all of these benefits can be realized and utilized by the properties.''

Spintek recently concluded a sales agreement with Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall as well as with Mirage Resorts for the Beau Rivage property opening March 1999 in Gulfport. In addition, the company has completed projects in Atlantic City, N.J.; Iowa; and Minnesota.
