Yeah I hear you GST, no doubt about it ASPs are declining again and that means intc is either going to have to drop prices or AMD will pick up some new vendors. One odd development seems to be linux for these $500. boxes (and sub-500, if you can believe that), since at these price points windows is too high. But linux being a unix variant I would say is not really suited for that market.
