The NR about Dale is available on Stockhouse and is a minor trading infraction. He was fined $2500 and told to be good. Back in Jan 98, he apparently executed some minor "market making" trades "prior" to the Kennecott announcement and for that he got his hands slapped. However, the investigation found that the severity was mitigated by the fact that the trades did NOT appear to create any significant personal gain or cause any false market inuendo.

Effectively, he shouldn't have made the trades, but was told it was no huge problem.

PS - Bernie is no longer there. I actually I found that out at least investment conference here in Vancouver. I have not been doing a whole lot of follow-up the last while, am mostly just waiting to see what we get in the way of actual results, from this drilling we've been hearing about.
