I've heard this argument used for the so-called PC-On-A-Chip. If Cyrix develops one, this is called innovation. If Intel develops one, this is called abuse of power, because Intel is a monopoly.

The word "monopoly" is quickly becoming a political buzzword, much like that overused word "bipartisanship".
